Refrigerator repair
Castle Pines, Colorado
Sub-Zero Repair Castle Pines looks after two appliances from the Sub-Zero Group family: the Sub-Zero refrigerator and the Cove dishwasher. One phone number, one $89 visit, and a price you agree to before any work.

Refrigerator repairWater left in the tub, a cycle that stops, film on the glasses, a puddle at the base.
Cove dishwasher repairWest of I-25, Castle Pines North Metropolitan District runs on its own wells from May to September, drawing on the Arapahoe, Denver and Lower Dawson aquifers. From October to April it switches to water stored in Chatfield Reservoir and treated by Centennial Water and Sanitation District. Cove’s own troubleshooting lists a change in water supply among the causes of spots and film, so if that starts in May or October, ask about the water before anyone replaces a part.

Customer Reviews
Our Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped cooling overnight, and I was worried about losing all our food. The team responded the same day and had it fixed within hours. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend their services.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The technician diagnosed the issue with our wine cooler quickly and had the necessary parts on hand. The repair was completed professionally, and they took time to show me proper maintenance techniques. Worth every penny.

For the repair, no: we cover the whole city and Castle Pines Village too. For the water, yes. The May and October switch applies to homes on Castle Pines North Metropolitan District water, west of I-25. The Canyons, east of I-25, is supplied by Parker Water and Sanitation District, and the Village has its own district.
The visit is $89, the same as for a refrigerator, and it comes off the repair once you approve it. We do not publish price ranges for Cove repairs, so the figure is set after the diagnosis and agreed with you before any work begins.
No. Cove’s own support page says the message appears after 30 cycles as a reminder and does not measure how dirty the filter is. Clean the filter when you see it, and more often than that if the dishwasher runs every day. It is not a reason to book a visit.
Yes, if you mention both when you book so the time allows for it. Each appliance gets its own diagnosis and its own price, and you decide on each separately. Nothing is repaired until you have agreed to the figure for it.
Castle Pines Village too: we repair there, but its water comes from a separate district, so the May switch does not apply.
